When I was at the George Harrison concert, at one point, George turned his head and it seemed like he was looking at me. He just stared for quite some time. Now maybe some woman took her shirt off in the 17th row. I just don't know.

You were lucky. I never had the chance to see George in concert!!! He came to play in Italy with the Beatles only, in 1965... and I was born in 1966! He never came anymore, and I was too young for the USA tour in 1974.
